There is 8 681 acres in parcel No. 2 with 282 feet of paved road frontage on the east side and 1 175 acres in parcel No. 4 with 234 feet of paved road frontage on the west side of Lester Road. Both parcels are adjoined by agriculture fields on the side(northern boundary) closest to Pee Dee Church Road. Toward the rear of the 8 6 acre parcel is a pond surrounded by large pine trees. A natural hardwood ridge nestled in behind the pond with dogwood, hickory and oak trees would make a nice secluded retreat site or potentially a cabin or homesite if approved by Dillon County.
