Of the 46 counties in South Carolina, Spartanburg County had the most land for sale. There were 791 acres of sold land in South Carolina recorded in February 2019 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a drop in sales activity over data from the previous month. Spartanburg County had the most land sales recently in the state.
